Holiday specials: Easter brunch at Fandango Restaurant

Easter is this weekend. Still haven’t made plans yet? Fandango Restaurant in Pacific Grove is offering a special Easter brunch.

Brunch will be served Sunday, April 8 from 11:30 until 2:30. Cost is $34.95 per person for adults, $18.75 per person for children 12 and under.

Fandango’s Easter brunch is being offered in lieu of the normal brunch menu. The regular dinner menu will be available Easter evening.

First course:
Veloute De Champignons

Main course, choice of:
Roast Leg of Lamb Provencal
Rosemary, fresh mint and Merlot sauce

Honey Glazed Baked Ham
Hawaiian Sauce

Grilled Fresh Salmon
Hollandaise sauce

Eggs Benedict Florentine
Poached eggs, Canadian bacon, Spinach, English muffin, Hollandaise sauce

Cheese Blintzes
Homemade crepes filled with cottage cheese, sour cream & fresh fruit

Basque Salad
Fresh baby spinach & greens tossed with fresh orange sections, blue cheese & walnuts

Dessert, choice of:
Melba of Fresh Berries
French vanilla ice cream, strawberries, toasted almonds, raspberry sauce & whipped cream

Profiteroles au Chocolat
Small cream puffs filled with cappuccino ice cream, whipped cream & hot chocolate sauce
