Holiday specials: Easter dinner at Bistro Moulin

Easter is coming up this weekend. If you’re planning on dining out, chef Didier Duterte has planned a special Easter prix fixe dinner at Bistro Moulin. Take a peek at the three-course menu below the fold, available for $40 per person (plus tax, tip and beverages).

The usual dinner menu will also be available, in case that’s more to your liking.

Easter Sunday Dinner Prix Fixe Menu
$40 per person (plus tax & gratuity)

First Course, choice of:
Betteraves Roties
Roasted beets, petite salad, goat cheese & candied walnuts

Gratinée à L’Oignon
Classic French onion soup “au gratin”

Gnocchi con Spinaci
Spinach gnocchi au gratin

Main Course, choice of:
Gigot d’Agneau rôti a la Farigoule
Roasted leg of lamb with fresh thyme, haricots verts amandine, potato au gratin, and roasted garlic demi-glace

Steak Bordelaise
Grilled Niman Ranch Hanger Steak, shallot-cabernet sauce, and pommes frites

Poisson du Jour
Fresh fish of the day

Dessert, choice of:
Chocolate Mousse

Lemon Meringue Tartelet

Fresh Berries & Whipped Cream
