Holiday specials: Easter brunch at Aubergine

Got plans for Easter Sunday? Aubergine, inside L’Auberge Hotel in Carmel, will be offering Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 8 from 11:00 until 2:00.

Chef Justin Cogley has prepared a menu of savory selections for diners:
Savory Stations
“Fruits de Mer”
Oysters, blue prawns, lobster, mussels, crab

Charcuterie & Cheese
Prosciutto, speck, duck rillette, potted foie gras, Comte Grojon, Robliolina, Gorgonzola Piccante

Entrees, choice of:
Roasted Ribeye
Marrow, Alba mushrooms, parsley

Scallop
Asparagus, Anise Hyssop

John Dory
Green Peas, lemon thyme

Lamb
Favas, lettuce, mint

Pastry chef Ron Mendoza will also have a selection of sweet desserts.
