After the success of the last series of pop-up dinners at Happy Girl Kitchen, it looks like the dynamic duo of Todd and Jordan Champagne are at it again, planning another pair of pop-up dinners next week:
Join us on the evening of Friday, March 16 and Saturday, March 17 at the Happy Girl Kitchen Cafe for an amazing dinner spotlighting Mariquita Farm and benefitting the Big Sur Land Trust. For each BSLT Fundraiser ticket sold, $20 will be donated to this amazing organization. Bringing in top chefs from the Bay Area to spotlight some of our favorite Central Coast farmers, we set the stage for a magical evening of community, new friends and great food.
The dinners will be masterfully crafted by John Madriaga, currently the sous chef at Spruce in San Francisco. An alum of both noma in Copenhagen and Manresa in Los Gatos, John in no stranger to showcasing the highest quality produce. Dinner will once more be paired with the wines of our friends at Heller Estates in Carmel Valley for an additional $18 payable at dinner.
Dinner is $75 per person, excluding tax, tip and beverages. Wine pairings will be available for $18 per person. Dinner tickets include a $20 donation to the Big Sur Land Trust. Reserve your ticket for the Friday dinner here and the Saturday dinner here.
