That chicken sounds quite flavorful, and I’m especially intrigued by the addition of grapes. I’ve noticed a few savory dinner dishes with grapes incorporated–like the gnocchi at Restaurant 1833 or the roasted chicken sandwich at San Francisco’s Sweet Woodruff.
