Weekend specials, February 10-12: Bistro Moulin

Well the AT&T ProAm is in full swing at Pebble Beach. (OK, bad pun.) Local restaurants are sprucing up their menus for the crowds of golfers and celebrities in town for the event. And the brave locals that venture out can reap the culinary rewards too, starting with these delicious menu additions at Bistro Moulin:

Carré d’ Agneau en Croûte d’ Herbes
Roasted rack of lamb encrusted with garden herbs and hazlenuts, haricots verts, potato au gratin, and Merlot demi glace

Sole aux Champignons des Bois
Fillet of petrale sole with medley of forest mushrooms, pine nuts, cauliflower mousseline, and fresh thyme-Meyer lemon beurre blanc
