This afternoon, the Monterey Bay Aquarium unveiled the program for this year’s Cooking for Solutions event, May 18-20. This annual event showcases the best in sustainable seafood, bringing in a wide array of celebrity chefs from across the country. This year’s lineup is headlined by Michel Nischan and Rick Bayless, with celebrity host chef Cindy Pawlcyn. Other celebrity chefs dropping by for the event include Alton Brown, Carla Hall, Kevin Gillespie, Charles Phan, John Ash, Michael Chiarello and more.
Cooking for Solutions events start with a gala on Friday evening and include a number of presentations at the aquarium over the weekend, along with foodie field trips hosted by celebrity chefs and winemakers.

Tickets go on sale for aquarium members on January 30, while the general public has to wait until February 13.
