Special dinners: A Night with Etude Winery at Point Pinos Grill

Word is there’s still space available for the upcoming wine dinner at Point Pinos Grill this Thursday night (January 19). Chef Dory Ford is preparing a five-course dinner with wine pairings by Etude Winery. Cost is $65 per person (excluding tax and tip).

Dinner begins with a reception at 6:30, followed by a five-course dinner starting at 7:00. Diners will sample delicious food and Etude wines. While the menu hasn’t been released, the wine pairings have. Diners will enjoy chef Ford’s food alongside these Etude wines:
2010 Pinos Gris
2009 Chardonnay
2009 Carneros Pinot Noir
2008 Deer Camp Single Vineyard Pinot Noir
2008 Trembler Singe Vineyard Pinot Noir
2007 Grace Benoist Ranch Proprietary Red 85% Merlot 15% Malbec
