Fresh off their new year’s eve party this weekend, il Vecchio is already whipping up some interesting menu additions. They teased a rather tempting menu addition on their Facebook page this afternoon:
rigatoni al vecchio – garlic, kalamata olives, mushrooms, hot chili, parsley (14 min cook time) 13
The photo they posted was awfully mouthwatering. The combination of the earthy mushrooms and olives and spicy chile flakes certainly piqued my curiosity.
