The Point Pinos Grill is certainly making the most of their extended evening hours, hosting a bevy of special events to kick off the new year. In addition to a beer pairing dinner on January 12, the Point Pinos Grill will host its second winemaker dinner, with Etude Wines, on Thursday, January 19.
Dinner begins with a reception at 6:30, followed by a five-course dinner starting at 7:00. Diners will sample delicious food from chef Dory Ford, along with the following Etude wines:
2010 Pinos Gris
2009 Carneros Pinot Noir
2008 Deer Camp Single Vineyard Pinot Noir
2008 Trembler Singe Vineyard Pinot Noir
2007 Grace Benoist Ranch Proprietary Red 85% Merlot 15% Malbec
Cost is $65 per person (excluding tax and tip). Space is limited–just 36 seats are available–so call now for reservations: 831-648-5774.
And mark your calendar for the third winemaker dinner, this time with Domaine Serene, on February 4.
