Weekend specials, December 30-31: Carmel Food Company

2011 is almost at a close. What does the Carmel Food Company have on the menu for diners to send off 2011? In addition to a special prix fixe dinner for New Year’s Eve, chef Sven has prepared a couple menu additions for this weekend:

Poussin “Marco Polo” with Winter Root Vegetables, Apple & Walnut Stuffing, Sweet Red Cabbage

Chicken “Coq au Vin” Style with Pearl Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta

And don’t forget, the Carmel Food Company will be closed on Sunday, New Year’s Day.
