Weekend specials, December 16-18: Bistro Moulin

The weather outside sure has been frightful, isn’t it? Winter is definitely here and while there might not be any snow, it’s pretty cold out. Luckily, chef Didier has prepared a hearty menu addition this weekend over at Bistro Moulin:

Boeuf Bourguignon
Braised Niman Ranch beef in red wine sauce with onions, lardons, mushrooms, and Yukon Gold whipped potatoes
$25

Loup de Mer au Citron Doux
Fillet of New Zealand sea bass, leek fondue & wilted spinach leaves, fresh thyme-meyer lemon beurre blanc
$23

There’s nothing like some hearty French fare, like boeuf bourguignon, duck confit or coq au vin to warm up on these chilly winter nights, right?
