Holiday specials: New Year’s Eve dinner at Aubergine

Have you made your plans for sending off 2011 yet? The big night is approaching, and reservations are going fast at most local restaurants. If you’re willing to spend some extra pennies, chefs Cogley and Mendoza have not one, but two elegant and delicious dinners available for New Year’s Eve revelers at Aubergine in Carmel.

A four-course prix fixe dinner–with two choices for each course–is available for $105 per person (with optional wine pairings for $95 per person). The four-course dinner gets the first seating of the night, from 5:30 to 6:30.

If you’re looking to take it up a notch, there’s a six-course dinner with a champagne toast that’s available for $290 per person. The six-course dinner gets the second seating, available from 8:30 until close.

For reservations, call Aubergine at 831-624-8578, and take a peek at both menus here, or below the fold.
