New in town: New seasonal offerings at TusCA Ristorante

If you read today’s Grub Hunter column in the Monterey Herald, you probably spotted news of new menu items at TusCA Ristorante at the Monterey Hyatt. Chef Johnny DeVivio has prepared some new seasonal selections for TusCA. Take a peek:

Crab Stuffed Paquillo Peppers with Basil, Lemon, Black Pepper and Stracciatella Cheese

Baked Eggplant Cannelloni with Roasted Mushrooms, Arugula and Marinara Sauce

Beef Carpaccio Pizza with Shaved Filet, Parmesan, Roasted Tomato, Carmelized Onions, Arugula and Horseradish Cream

Sausage and Clam homemade pasta with Broccoli Rabe, Italian Sausage, Clams, Chili Flakes, House-made Saffron Fettuccine

Duck Breast with Proscuitto, Fennel, Figs, Kabocha Squash, Blood Orange Vanilla Sauce

Sounds mighty tasty–especially that duck preparation with some of my fall favorites, like fennel, figs and squash! Sample the new menu items at TusCA starting December 12.
