I’m a little late to the party on this one, but it looks like Carmel Belle has another Big Night at Belle pop-up dinner in the works. The next Big Night at Belle dinner will be this coming Sunday, December 4. Chef Brad Briske (formerly of Main Street Garden Cafe, in Soquel) will be preparing a four-course dinner highlighting everyone’s favorite meat, pork, courtesy of Soquel’s Fogline Farm. (Sorry vegetarians, there are no substitutions. But word on the street is there’s a vegetarian Big Night at Belle dinner in the works. Stay tuned!) Dinner includes wine pairings for $75 per person.
