Pollo arrosto in camicia ~ 15
Chicken stuffed with sausage, parmesan, rosemary, sage, pancetta, garlic, poached and then roasted and served with pureed potatoes.
Brasato di manzo in vino rosso ~ 15
Beef short ribs, special Niman beef, simmered in red wine tomato sauce ~ with pureed potatoes. Pairs well with our Chianti Colli Senesi, Davero Barbera
