Fillet of Baja sea bass dusted with mild spices, carrot mousseline, and ginger beurre blanc
Did somebody say PAELLA? Chef Didier makes the best plate of paella in town. Literally when I saw this weekend’s specials, I dropped all other plans so I can get my paella fix. I recommend you do the same, foodies!
And a word of warning–Bistro Moulin will be closed on Monday, Halloween, October 31.
