Weekend specials, September 30-October 2: Bistro Moulin

Ready for the weekend, foodies? Let’s take a look at the weekend specials, shall we? Starting with Bistro Moulin:

Gigot d’ Agneau ā  la Farigoule
Roasted leg of lamb encrusted with garden herbs, haricots verts & yellow wax beans, fingerling potatoes, and Merlot demi-glace

Loup de Mer aux Clams
Fillet of New Zealand sea bass, wilted spinach leaves & leek fondue, Manila clam velouté

And don’t forget, through October 15, the Bistro is offering diners $2 pommes frites and $2 glass of Bouvet Brut French bubbly as a thank-you for voting them Best French Restaurant and Best Monterey Restaurant in the Carmel Pine Cone. (One each per customer visit, with dinner.)
