Weekend specials, September 23-25: Bistro Moulin

Ready for the weekend? I am! (But maybe that’s because I’m skipping out early and taking a long weekend starting, um, now.)

What’s on the menu for foodies this weekend? Let’s start with Bistro Moulin:
Ris de Veau aux Girolles
Veal sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms, petite pea paysanne, spaghettini pasta, Champagne velouté

Saumon au Pistou
Seared fillet of wild salmon, mosaic of vegetables and cherry tomatoes, basil pesto sauce
