Hard to pick which one sounds better–the pork or that lobster-shellfish veloute? It’s been too long since my last Bistro Moulin fix–I found out the hard way that they were closed this past Tuesday/Wednesday–so I might have to make some time for (more) French fare this weekend. Mmmmm.
