Weekend specials, August 12-14: Bistro Moulin

It’s that time again–my inbox is buzzing with the special dinners around town this weekend. Let’s start with Bistro Moulin:

Magret de Canard au Foie Gras
Seared duck breast, potato au gratin, petite pea paysanne, and foie gras demi-glace

Loup de Mer ā la Mangue
Sea bass dusted with mild spices, haricots verts with hazelnuts, mango relish, and meyer lemon beurre blanc

I can personally attest to the deliciousness of Didier’s duck preparations–and doubly so when he does duck with foie! Yum!
