This appeared in my inbox today–the final class in Montrio Bistro’s Artisan Series. Montrio has been hosting classes teaching would-be cooks how to make a variety of tasty offerings, including cheeses and cocktails. This final class, on Saturday, October 8, focuses on relishes, chutneys and preserves.
The final class will celebrate the art of making old-fashioned relishes, chutneys and preserves and will be held at Montrio on October 8th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Participate in a hands-on demo and learn packaging ideas for your home made treats. It is never too early to start planning for holiday gifts. Attendees will also enjoy a four course lunch with wines, all created by Chef Baker. The class is $45 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. Space for the first two classes is limited to 30 attendees. For more information on Montrio or to sign up for our mailing list call (831) 648-8880.
