La Prise de la Bastille at Bistro Moulin

Bistro Moulin has a couple of events coming up this month, including their annual Bastille Day celebration. Each year, Chef Didier prepares a delicious dinner in celebration of this French holiday. In addition to the regular menu, Bistro Moulin will offer a three-course prix fixe menu for $45.

What’s on the menu for Bastille Day this year?

First Course (choice of)
Betteraves Rôties
Roasted beets, goat cheese, caramelized walnuts, and petite salad

Escargots au Beurre ā l’ail et aux Noisettes
Escargots with garlic and hazelnut butter

Gnocchi con Spinaci
Spinach gnocchi au gratin

Gratinnée ā l’Oignon
Classic French onion soup

Main Course (choice of)
Gigot d’Agneau Rôti ā la Farigoule
Roasted leg of lamb with garden herbs, caramelized fig demi glace, medley of summer vegetable amandine, Parisian garlic potatoes

Steak Tartare
Filet mignon tartare with arugula salad and pommes frites

Poisson du Jour
Fresh Fish of the Day

Dessert
Gateau de la Revolution
“Bastille Day Cake”
