with three sauces
Sautéed Pacific Halibut
with balsamic compound butter, shredded rösti pototoes and green beans almondine
Seems like seafood is the theme for the weekend–perfect for these long, sunny summer days we’ve been having. I doubt I’ll have the time to sample either this weekend, as my dance card is filling up fast, but they both sound tasty. I do hold crab cannelloni near and dear to my heart.
