Carmel Food Company’s weekend specials: June 10-12

A newcomer to the Carmel restaurant scene, Carmel Food Company is already turning a lot of heads with a menu packed with European bistro staples. They’ve also got a number of menu additions each night, and Chef Sven Hoffman is cooking up a couple extra specials this weekend too:

“Coq au Vin” style chicken in a red wine sauce with button mushrooms and pearl onions

“Jewel of the Sea” fettuccini with fresh seafood and mushrooms in a lobster sauce
