The final stretch!

We’re now just days away from the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s annual Cooking for Solutions food festival! I’m eagerly awaiting Friday night’s gala event and Saturday’s sustainable seafood challenge, “Iron Chef style,” with Top Chef alums.
