It’s almost time for Cantinetta Luca’s popular pork party. The fifth annual La Maialata celebration is just two weeks away. This year, the festivities are expanding to two nights: Thursday, December 6 and Friday, December 7.
Chef Jason Balestrieri will give the restaurant’s menu a pork makeover for the occasion. Every dish on the menu includes pork, from salads and small bites to pasta and pizza. (Needless to say, vegetarians, vegans and heart patients may want to steer clear.)

Last year’s La Maialata dinner featured delicious pork cheek ravioli. I can’t wait to taste what chef has in store for this year’s festivities!
